Luxuor Groups is a travel and tourism company specializing in Nepal and Bhutan group tours, customized holiday packages, adventure tours and international travel experiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media and other communication channels.
2. Understand customer travel requirements, preferences and budgets.
3. Laptop + Smarphone and Good Wifi Connection is Madatory.
4. Working time is 9 am to 7 pm with 1 hour Break from 2 pm to 3 pm, Sunday is Fixed off and also other Holidays as per the Indian Holiday list.
5. Recommend suitable Nepal, Bhutan and other holiday packages.
6. Prepare and share customized tour itineraries, quotations and travel proposals.
7. Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
8. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
9. Maintain regular communication with customers before and after booking.
10. Coordinate with the operations team for confirmed bookings and travel arrangements.
11. Maintain customer databases, lead records and daily sales reports.
12. Upsell additional services, room upgrades, sightseeing and customized travel experiences.

• Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation and sales skills.
• Basic knowledge of travel destinations and tourism.
• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp, MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Customer-focused attitude and a positive approach.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of Nepal and Bhutan tourism will be an added advantage.
