Job Description
- Invoice Processing: Enter, track, and process vendor invoices and employee expense claims.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Follow up on overdue payments from clients and prepare outbound payments for vendors.
- Data Entry: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the company’s accounting database.
- Bank Reconciliation: Match bank statements against internal ledger transactions to identify discrepancies.
- Administrative Support: File financial documents, answer routine vendor inquiries, and assist with basic monthly reports.
