Job Description
About the Role
We are a growing machine manufacturing company looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE). You will be responsible for generating B2B leads, meeting prospective industrial clients, demonstrating machinery solutions, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to target industrial clients, manufacturing plants, and dealers (via cold calling, site visits, and digital outreach).
Understand client technical requirements and present suitable machinery solutions and product catalogs.
Schedule and conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits.
Prepare commercial quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales orders.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for recurring orders, AMC, and parts supply.
Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Track daily sales activities, leads, and follow-ups in CRM / Excel sheets.
