Job Description
Job Summary:
A Computer Operator is responsible for operating computer systems, entering and maintaining data, preparing reports, managing records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day computer-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately.
- Operate computers and office software such as MS Word, MS Excel, and email.
- Maintain digital and physical records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Print, scan, photocopy, and manage documents.
- Check data accuracy and correct errors.
- Maintain data confidentiality and security.
- Troubleshoot basic computer and printer issues.
- Perform other office and administrative tasks as assigned.
