Computer Operator

Job Title: Computer Operator – Warehouse Billing & Order Processing

We are looking for a detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage warehouse billing and order processing. The role involves accurate order entry, timely invoicing, order tracking, and coordination with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

Total CTC: ₹21,000–₹24,000

Preference will be given to candidates with SAP knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately, including item codes, quantities, pricing, and customer details.
• Manage billing operations, including invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills.
• Track orders from entry through delivery and follow up on delays.
• Escalate blocked orders by email to the relevant teams and follow up until resolution.
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Maintain accurate digital records of orders, sales transactions, invoices, and receipts.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports using MS Office and Excel.
• Organize documents and maintain professional office conduct.
• Perform routine computer maintenance and report hardware or software issues.
• Support the team during peak order periods.
• Identify opportunities to improve order processing efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Required Skills

• Working knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP.
• Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and order processing.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
