Job Role – Design & Fabrication Supervisor We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD + SolidWorks Designer who also has strong practical knowledge of mechanical fabrication and shop-floor production.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing 3D models and assemblies in SolidWorks
• Preparing detailed AutoCAD fabrication drawings
• Preparing BOM and material requirements
• Understanding fabrication methods, welding, cutting, bending, drilling and assembly
• Explaining drawings to fabricators and workers
• Supervising day-to-day fabrication and assembly work
• Checking dimensions and quality as per drawings
• Allocating work to workers and monitoring production progress
• Identifying fabrication problems and finding practical solutions
• Coordinating design, fabrication and final assembly
• Ensuring products are completed within the required time and quality standards

Preferred Candidates who have previously worked in Goods Lift, Industrial Lift, Conveyor, Material Handling Equipment, Warehouse Equipment, Structural Fabrication or similar manufacturing companies will be preferred.

The candidate should be able to independently handle a job from drawing → material calculation → fabrication → assembly → final inspection.

Experience: 4-6 years preferred.
