Job Description
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3–5 years hands-on experience as a Meesho seller-side operator, not platform employee
- Proven track record managing multiple seller stores at once
- Expert in Meesho Ads, RTO dispute handling and catalog optimization
- Data-driven mindset, focused on net profit not just GMV
- Basic understanding of GST and Meesho TCS for seller operations
- Bonus: experience aligning Instagram social traffic with Meesho conversions
Compensation:
- Base Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month
- Performance Bonus: up to ₹10,000/month based on RTO, OTD and ad ROAS
- Profit Share: 3%–5% of monthly net profit across all managed stores
- Total annual CTC for high performers: ₹8L – ₹10L+
