Operation Executive

About the Role:

The Area Operations Executive (AOE) is responsible for the day-to-day operational health of assigned hostel/PG properties. The role requires a hands-on, proactive operator who can catch issues early, keep data and timelines accurate, and ensure residents have a smooth, well-maintained living experience — rather than reacting to problems after they escalate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular, structured audits of assigned properties covering cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and service standards

• Perform daily Key Matrix checks and ensure operational parameters are consistently met

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date operational data, logs, and timelines for each property

• Proactively identify issues (maintenance, housekeeping, security, resident complaints, etc.), log them, escalate as needed, and track them through to closure

• Coordinate with on-ground staff (wardens, housekeeping, security, maintenance vendors) to resolve issues within agreed timelines

• Own resident experience at assigned properties — respond to concerns promptly and ensure upkeep standards are maintained

• Anticipate operational risks and address them early to avoid last-minute firefighting

• Report property status, open issues, and resolution timelines to the reporting manager on a regular cadence Requirements

• Background in Maintenance, Hospitality, or Senior Security operations preferred

• Working proficiency in English (spoken and written) and basic computer skills (MS Excel/Word, WhatsApp-based reporting)

• Must own a personal bike — extensive property-to-property travel is part of the role

• Comfortable working independently across multiple sites with minimal supervision

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem-solving

Requirements:
