Real Estate Sales Executive

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, understanding customer requirements, arranging property visits, and converting prospects into successful bookings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and follow up with leads provided by the company.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
• Explain projects, locations, pricing, payment plans, and available options.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert qualified leads into site visits and property bookings.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the internal sales and CRM teams for smooth closure.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales, site-visit, and booking targets.
• Stay updated about real estate projects, market trends, and competitors.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and WhatsApp.
• Real estate sales experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales can also apply.
• Candidates who are comfortable with field visits/site visits are preferred.
