Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead sales activities, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills, along with knowledge of the real estate market.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, online platforms, referrals, and property visits.
• Connect with potential buyers and understand their property requirements.
• Promote residential and commercial properties and arrange site visits.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain sales records, client databases, and regular sales reports.
• Requirements2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or property management preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of property sales, real estate documentation, and market trends.
• Ability to generate leads, manage clients, and achieve sales targets.
• Team management and leadership skills preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage.
