Sales Executive

We are seeking an active, high-energy, and health-conscious female Sales Executive to champion our premium healthy snack brand. A key component of this role involves representing the brand and managing our pop-up stalls during major Indian festive seasons (such as Diwali, Navratri, and Christmas exhibitions). The candidate must be dependable to drive daily sales of our healthy snacking brand smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Drive: Meet daily and weekly sales targets during peak festival shopping rushes through persuasive pitching and attractive festival combo offers.
• Festive Stall Management: Own the end-to-end setup, visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and billing at temporary festive stalls and exhibitions.
• Active Customer Engagement: Approach, greet, and sample healthy snacks to high volumes of festival shoppers, educating them on the nutritional benefits and taste.

Required Candidate Traits & Skills

• High Energy & Stamina: Physically active and resilient; comfortable standing for extended hours and managing high foot traffic during busy festival days.
• Excellent Communication: Fluent in local languages and Hindi/English, with a warm, confident approach to welcoming families and health-conscious buyers.
• Sales-Driven Mindset: Proactive in initiating conversations, handling objections, and closing quick sales in a noisy event environment.
