1. Job ResponsibilitiesHandle daily sales-related office work and documentation.
2. Prepare sales quotations, purchase orders, invoices and other sales documents.
3. Maintain customer records, sales reports and order details in MS Excel.
4. Coordinate with customers regarding orders, delivery schedules and payment follow-ups.
5. Handle customer calls, emails and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
6. Coordinate with the sales team, production department and dispatch team.
7. Update order status and maintain proper records of pending and completed orders.
8. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
9. Follow up with customers for quotations, orders and outstanding payments.
10. Maintain files, data entry records and other administrative documents.

• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email.
• Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
• Basic English and Hindi communication.
• Good typing speed and data-entry accuracy.
• Organized, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Ability to coordinate with customers and internal departments.
