Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage all spare parts, consumables, lubricants, and accessories.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and minimum/maximum stock levels.
  • Issue parts to technicians against approved job cards.
  • Receive and verify incoming parts and maintain purchase records.
  • Coordinate with vendors for quotations, availability, and deliveries.
  • Conduct regular physical stock checks and prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Identify slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and properly labeled store.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
