Store Manager&Franchise Manager

OYE! CHACHA is looking for a dynamic and responsible professional who can manage restaurant store operations as well as support franchise expansion and business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStore Operations

• Manage daily restaurant/store operations.
• Supervise staff, shifts, attendance, grooming and discipline.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene and customer service standards.
• Monitor inventory, stock and wastage.
• Manage daily sales, cash and expense records.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
• Train, motivate and manage the store team.
• Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs.
• Coordinate with delivery platforms and kitchen teams.

Franchise Management

• Generate and handle new franchise enquiries.
• Identify potential franchise partners and business opportunities.
• Conduct franchise meetings and presentations.
• Explain the franchise model, investment and business process.
• Achieve monthly franchise acquisition targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
• Coordinate franchise onboarding and documentation.
• Support new outlet setup and launch.
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, procurement and design teams.
• Conduct franchise outlet visits and performance reviews.
• Ensure franchise outlets follow OYE! CHACHA brand standards.
• Identify new locations and expansion opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare regular business reports.
