About OYE CHACHAOYE CHACHA is a growing food & beverage brand focused on serving quality rolls, tikka, bowls, and other delicious food products. We are expanding our team and looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Executive to support our store operations and business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for OYE CHACHA stores and corporate roles.
• Hire candidates for positions such as Roll Maker, Kitchen Staff, Store Staff, Cashier, Delivery Staff, Store Manager, and other operational roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp, referrals, walk-ins, and local hiring channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with Store/Operations Managers.
• Maintain a daily candidate and hiring tracker in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Follow up with selected candidates until their joining date.
• Coordinate joining formalities and required documents.
• Maintain an active database of candidates for future vacancies.
• Support urgent and bulk hiring requirements for new store openings.
• Build relationships with local candidates, colleges, institutes, and recruitment sources.
• Prepare weekly recruitment reports and update management on hiring status.
• Help improve employee retention by ensuring proper candidate-job matching.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies at the same time.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant/QSR environment.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel to stores when required.
• QualificationGraduate in any discipline.

• Previous experience in restaurant/QSR recruitment or bulk hiring will be an advantage.

Salary₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills, and recruitment performance.
