Job Description
Telecaller
A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to provide information about products and services, generate leads, handle customer inquiries, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Answer customer queries and resolve concerns.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer data.
- Follow up with customers as required.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
