Role: Real Estate Tele Sales Executive
Industry: Real Estate / Property
Department: Sales / Lead Generation

Key ResponsibilitiesCall Leads: Reach out to potential buyers using telephone calls and emails.Understand Needs: Ask questions to find out what type of property the customer wants and their budget.Pitch Projects: Explain property details, pricing, and project features clearly to clients.
Fix Meetings: Schedule site visits or face-to-face meetings for the senior sales team.
Follow Up: Keep in touch with past leads and answer their questions on time.
Update Data: Enter all customer details and call notes accurately into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
Meet Targets: Achieve daily and monthly goals for calls made and meetings booked.
Required Skills and QualificationsExperience: 0 to 2 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer support (real estate experience is a plus).
Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.Communication: Good speaking and listening skills in English and local languages.
Confidence: A positive attitude and the ability to handle customer rejections.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM tools.
