Job Title: Back Office Trainee – Billing, Excel & Stores (Fresher)
Location: Guntur, Andhra Pradesh
Company: White & Co. (65+ years in industrial products distribution)
Job Type: Full Time | Fresher / Intern
Salary: ₹[12000] – ₹[15000] per month plus incentive (increment after training period of 12 months)
Job Description:
We are looking for a fresher to join our Guntur office. This is a good opportunity for someone who is eager to learn. Full training will be provided for all tasks.
Daily Responsibilities:
Prepare invoices / bills for customers
Enter customer orders into the computer (data entry)
Prepare Excel reports – sales, stock, pending orders
Maintain inventory records – track what material is in stock and in what quantity
Record inward material (goods received) and outward dispatch (goods sent), and coordinate with transport
Answer customer calls and queries – order status, stock availability, prices
Requirements:
Any Degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc preferred)
Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel & GMAIL is a must
Must speak Telugu fluently and be able to read, write and speak basic English
Fresher only
Willingness to learn quickly and work with attention to detail
