Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Generate enquiries through calls, school and college visits, seminars, campaigns, referrals and social media.
Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres and local communities to promote the institute.
Take part in education fairs, awareness programs and admission drives.
Follow up with enquiries received from ads, the website and walk-ins.
Counselling and Admissions
Explain courses, fees, eligibility, career scope and facilities to students and parents.
Guide them in choosing the right course and handle their questions and concerns.
Schedule campus visits, demo classes and counselling sessions.
Close admissions and help with the application forms, documents and fee payment.
Follow-up and Reporting
Update leads, follow-ups and admissions daily in the CRM or tracker.
Keep in regular touch with prospects until the admission is confirmed.
Share daily and weekly reports with the reporting manager.
Keep track of competitor institutes, their fees and offers, and share feedback.
