Front Office Sales Executive

Nipuna Technologies is hiring an experienced Inside Sales Executive for a target-driven, work-from-office sales role.

This is a pure sales and revenue-conversion position, not a regular counselling or receptionist role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming student and professional enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
• Contact new leads quickly and consistently follow up until closure.
• Understand the candidate's training requirement and present the appropriate Nipuna course.
• Convert enquiries, demo participants and interested prospects into paid admissions.
• Handle sales objections, fee discussions and follow-ups professionally.
• Maintain proper lead status and follow-up details in the CRM.
• Re-engage interested and pending prospects to improve conversions.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/admission revenue targets.
• Maintain strong conversion performance and follow-up discipline.
• Coordinate with the front-office and training teams wherever required for closing admissions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience.
• Experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Education Sales, EdTech, Telesales or Business Development preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.
• Must be comfortable working with sales targets and performance measurement.
• Strong follow-up attitude and ability to convert warm leads.
• Basic computer and CRM usage skills preferred.
• Must be willing to work full-time from the office.

Compensation:

₹20,000 Basic Salary + Performance Incentives + Bonus

We are looking for a sales performer who can convert enquiries into admissions and contribute directly to Nipuna Technologies' revenue goals.
