Responsibilities:

•            Communicate Kohler's value proposition to architects and customers

•            Stay updated on market trends, competition, and new product introductions

•            Conduct daily meetings with architects through cold calling and appointments

•            Address and escalate any issues or risks faced by architects

•            Execute promotional activities in the architect community

•            Share weekly reports of meetings

•            Guide and train other staff in the company

•            Ensure timely and accurate reporting

Qualifications:

•            Graduate (MBA preferred)
