Accountant

We are looking for a Accountant who has basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping and can manage day-to-day accounting entries and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day accounting and book keeping.

* Enter purchase bills and sales invoices into the accounting software.

* Maintain purchase and sales files and records.

* Make daily bank entries and maintain bank transactions.

* Perform bank reconciliation (BRS).

* Prepare debit notes and credit notes.

* Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.

* Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents.

* Maintain proper accounting records and assist in routine accounting work.

* Assist in preparing outstanding payment and collection reports.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.

* Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

* Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel preferred.

* Understanding of purchase, sales, bank entries, debit notes, and credit notes.

* Good attention to detail and basic computer skills.

* Freshers with good practical accounting knowledge may also be considered.
