Job Description
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment entries.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor expenses, income, and outstanding receivables/payables.
- Manage cash and bank transactions.
- Assist with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.
- Support management with financial analysis and other accounting-related tasks.
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
