Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 7–8 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, reconciliations, payments, GST/TDS compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and issue Tax Invoices and Proforma Invoices (PI) and verify accuracy.

· Record daily bank transactions and maintain books of accounts.

· Process vendor and employee payments.

· Manage client/vendor ledger and bank reconciliations.

· Perform TDS and GSTR-2B reconciliation and ensure timely completion.

· Prepare and reconcile GSTR-1 and support GST compliance.

· Handle PF & ESIC compliance, including monthly calculations, challans, reconciliations, and timely filings.

· Maintain employee-related statutory records and ensure timely submission of PF/ESIC returns.

· Prepare accounts summaries, MIS reports, and financial statements.

· Assist with monthly/annual closing and coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.

· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, taxation, and other statutory requirements.

 · Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in B.COM, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP accounting software and MS Excel.
• Experience in invoicing, vendor payments, bank reconciliation, and ledger management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
