Accounts and Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle ZOHO Books for accounting, invoicing, purchase/sales entries, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, payment entries, receipts, and expense records.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain ledgers and ensure timely posting of accounting entries.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and documentation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS as required.
• Track outstanding payments and coordinate with internal teams/customers/vendors for follow-ups.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management whenever required.
• Required Skills2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ZOHO Books/ZOHO Finance is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
• Experience in bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.

QualificationB.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.

Preferred CandidateCandidates who have independently handled end-to-end accounting operations using ZOHO will be preferred.
