Agency Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Agency Manager Insurance Sales to drive business growth through the agency channel. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, managing, and developing POSP/Agency Associates while achieving sales and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage POSP/Agency Associates.
• Drive sales of Life, General, and Health Insurance products through the agency channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and POSP associates.
• Ensure regular partner activation, engagement, and productivity.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor partner performance and provide regular guidance and support.
• Conduct product and sales training to improve partner productivity.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, documentation, and policy issuance.
• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and insurance regulations.
• Develop and maintain a strong agency network to support business growth.
