Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Assemble products and components as per company standards and work instructions.
  • Operate basic machinery, tools, and equipment safely.
  • Inspect materials and finished goods to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily/weekly targets.
  • Report any defects, issues, or delays to the supervisor immediately.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and use protective equipment as required.
  • Assist in loading/unloading materials when needed.
  • Support continuous improvement, 5S, and efficiency initiatives.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
