Job Description

Strategic Networking: Forge and maintain deep, mutually beneficial relationships with top-tier wedding planners, event designers, and luxury styling agencies.

 Venue Alliances: Secure preferred or exclusive catering vendor partnerships with premium wedding venues, farmhouses, palaces, and non-hotel banquet properties.

 Co-Marketing & Fam Trips: Collaborate with partner venues and planners to host exclusive tasting sessions, showcase nights, and familiarization events for prospective clients.

2. Wedding Sales & Revenue Generation

 Inbound & Outbound Lead Conversion: Qualify high-net-worth wedding inquiries, conduct curated menu tastings, and guide couples through customized culinary solutions.

 Proposal & Contract Mastery: Design luxurious, highly detailed multi-day wedding proposals (covering pre-wedding functions, sangeet, main wedding, and receptions) while managing pricing integrity and profitability.

 Target Accountability: Deliver against ambitious volume, revenue, and gross-margin targets for the luxury wedding segment.
