Job OverviewWe are looking for a enthusiastic Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. In this role, your main responsibility will be connecting with potential pharmaceutical distributors and stockists via phone calls, presenting our product portfolio, and converting leads into PCD franchise partners.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling: Connect with prospective pharmaceutical distributors, stockists, and franchise partners over the phone.

• Brand Marketing & Sales: Explain our brand, product range, competitive advantages, and PCD franchise model to potential clients.
• 
  
• Lead Generation & Follow-up: Reach out to leads, follow up regularly with interested parties, and close deals to expand our distribution network.
• 
  
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with distributors.
• 
  
• Database Management: Maintain clear records of daily calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales progress in the CRM/Excel sheets.
• 
  
• Key Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Graduate in any discipline (B.Pharm, B.Sc, or Business/Marketing degree is a plus).
• 
  
• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or pharmaceutical business development.
• 
  
• Communication Skills: Good command over verbal communication and active listening skills (Hindi/English/Regional languages as required).
• 
  
• Persuasiveness: Ability to convince, handle objections, and explain business proposals clearly.
•
