Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Explain company services, pricing, features, and benefits clearly.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects and convert leads into sales.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
