Cab Driver

हम डे और नाइट शिफ्ट के लिए कैब ड्राइवरों की भर्ती कर रहे हैं। वर्किंग आवर्स फिक्स रहेंगे।

शिफ्ट टाइमिंग:

• पहली शिफ्ट (डे शिफ्ट): सुबह 5:00 बजे से शाम 5:00 बजे तक

• दूसरी शिफ्ट (नाइट शिफ्ट): शाम 5:00 बजे से सुबह 5:00 बजे तक

सैलरी और इंसेंटिव:

• फिक्स सैलरी: 26 दिन काम करने पर ₹18,000

• अटेंडेंस इंसेंटिव: 26 दिन पूरे करने पर ₹2,000

• 26 दिन से ज्यादा काम करने पर: ₹1,000 प्रति अतिरिक्त दिन

• कुल मासिक कमाई: ₹23,000 तक

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:

• अपनी शिफ्ट के दौरान दी गई कैब को सुरक्षित और जिम्मेदारी से चलाना।

• गाड़ी की साफ-सफाई और सामान्य स्थिति का पूरा ध्यान रखना।

• सभी ट्रैफिक नियमों और कंपनी की ड्राइविंग गाइडलाइंस का पालन करना।

• गाड़ी में किसी भी समस्या, नुकसान, चालान, एक्सीडेंट या ऑपरेशनल समस्या की जानकारी तुरंत देना।

• पूरी शिफ्ट के दौरान गाड़ी को अच्छी स्थिति में रखना।

• शिफ्ट के दौरान दी गई सभी ड्राइविंग जिम्मेदारियां पूरी करना।

• शिफ्ट खत्म होने पर गाड़ी को सही तरीके से अगली शिफ्ट के ड्राइवर को हैंडओवर करना।

• हैंडओवर के समय गाड़ी की स्थिति या किसी भी समस्या की पूरी जानकारी अगले ड्राइवर/टीम को देना।

जॉब टाइप: फुल-टाइम

वर्किंग डेज: महीने में 26 दिन

उम्मीदवार के पास वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, अच्छी ड्राइविंग स्किल्स होनी चाहिए और अपनी शिफ्ट के दौरान दी गई गाड़ी की जिम्मेदारी लेने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।

We are hiring Cab Drivers for day and night shifts. Fixed Working Hours

Shift Timings:

• Day Shift 1st Shift: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Night Shift 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 for 26 working days

• Attendance Incentive: ₹2,000 on completing 26 days

• Extra Working Days: ₹1,000 per day after 26 days

• Total Monthly Earnings: ₹23,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the assigned cab safely and responsibly during the complete shift.

• Take proper care of the vehicle, including cleanliness and general car condition.

• Follow traffic rules and company driving guidelines.

• Report any vehicle issue, damage, challan, accident, or operational problem immediately.

• Ensure the vehicle is kept in proper condition throughout the shift.

• Complete all assigned driving duties during the shift.

• At the end of the shift, properly handover the vehicle to the next shift driver.

• Share complete information about vehicle condition or any issue with the next driver/team before handover.

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 26 days per month

Candidates should have a valid driving licence, good driving skills, and should be responsible for the assigned vehicle during their shift.
