Role Overview

We are looking for a self-driven and competent Executive-Collections to facilitate our collection process and contact B2C customers for collection of outstanding payments. To be successful in this role, you must possess knowledge of the B2C collections process and should be able to strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities

- Payment Recovery: Follow up with customers for overdue payments and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.

- Customer Tracing: Use tracing tools to locate customers who are unreachable, have changed their contact details, or are unavailable at their registered addresses.

- Runner Management: Coordinate with runners for customer visits, address verification, and recovery-related activities.

- Case Tracking: Track every recovery case from assignment to closure, ensuring regular follow-ups and timely updates.

- Skip Tracing: Identify alternate contact details and customer locations using available tracing tools and approved sources.

- Customer Communication: Handle payment discussions, settlement queries, and disputes professionally.

- Daily MIS & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recovery status, customer commitments, follow-ups, and case closures.

- Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly recovery targets while maintaining process compliance.

- Escalation Management: Highlight difficult, unresponsive, or high-risk cases to the reporting manager.

🎯 Required Skills

- Experience in recovery operations, debt recovery, or collections.

- Knowledge of customer tracing tools and address verification.

- Experience in runner handling and field recovery coordination.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, and case tracking.

- Ability to manage multiple cases and work within committed timelines.

- Target-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
