About CreditwalleCreditwalle, a product of Woodland Securities Pvt. Ltd., is a digital lending platform providing personal loan services. We are looking for experienced and target-oriented Collection Officers to join our team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers for recovery of overdue payments.
- Negotiate and arrange payment settlements.
- Follow up on pending accounts regularly.
- Maintain customer records and collection reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery guidelines.
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in collections, recovery, or telecalling is mandatory.
- Must be comfortable with office-based work.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and convincing skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle difficult customer conversations.
