Job Description

Mise en Place: Gather and prep all ingredients, like chopping vegetables, mixing spices, and preparing dough for naan or roti.


Marination: Make marinades for paneer, and vegetables according to exact restaurant recipes.


Tandoor Operation: Safely fire up, manage, and clean the tandoor oven, tracking cooking times and temperatures.


Cooking Support: Help cook kebabs, tikkas, and Indian flatbreads during busy service hours.


Kitchen Hygiene: Keep the workstation clean, follow food safety guidelines (like HACCP), and properly store food items
