Job Description

DCDP – Salad DaysLocation: Delhi NCR

Experience: 2–4 Years

Salary: ₹23,000–₹25,000 In-Hand

Working: 6 Days a Week

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the CDP/Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Prepare food according to Salad Days recipes, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
  • Monitor stock and minimize food wastage.
  • Ensure timely preparation and handover of food items.
  • Support kitchen operations during peak hours.
  • Follow all company policies and safety standards.
  • Requirements2–4 years of experience in a professional kitchen, QSR, cloud kitchen, or restaurant.
  • Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good teamwork and discipline.
