Job Description
Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the construction site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Look after and supervise all construction and site activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Check daily progress and ensure work stays on schedule.
- Monitor materials, workmanship and site requirements.
- Coordinate with the architect/design team regarding site issues and execution.
- Maintain site discipline, cleanliness and safety.
- Provide regular updates on site progress and issues.
