Key Responsibilities: -

Content Creation

• Create engaging and creative content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
• Develop reels, short-form videos, product demonstrations, promotional creatives, and campaign content.
• Write compelling captions, product descriptions, hooks, and content scripts.

Product & Brand Promotion

• Create content showcasing skincare, beauty, and personal care products.
• Develop creative concepts for product launches, offers, seasonal campaigns, and brand promotions.
• Communicate product features and benefits accurately and in an engaging manner.

Social Media Content Planning

• Prepare and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, audio, formats, and content ideas relevant to the beauty and personal care industry.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across platforms.

Video Production & Editing

• Shoot and edit product videos, reels, tutorials, and promotional videos.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, marketing teams, and influencers to execute content campaigns.
• Use relevant editing tools and AI-based content creation tools wherever appropriate.

Research & Performance Analysis

• Monitor competitor activities and emerging industry trends.
• Track content performance, including reach, engagement, views, and audience growth.
• Suggest improvements based on performance insights and audience feedback.

Brand Compliance

• Ensure content is professional, original, and aligned with company guidelines.
• Verify product information and avoid unsupported skincare, cosmetic, or health-related claims.
• Follow applicable advertising, influencer disclosure, and platform guidelines.
