- 📌 Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through voice calls and chat support.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Assist customers with their service-related queries.
- Maintain service quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity standards.
- Follow company guidelines and escalate complex issues when required.
- ✅ Eligibility CriteriaGood English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Interest in customer service and voice/chat support.
- Versant score of 5–6 preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Must be comfortable working from the office and in rotational shifts.
- 🕘 Shift & Working DetailsShift Window: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Candidates: Male & Female
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational day
- Shift Allocation: As per business requirements
Note: The shift window is 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; individual shift timings will depend on business requirements.
