Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote AMEX products and services.
- Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, fees, and terms and conditions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, including credit cards where applicable.
- Generate leads, follow up with interested customers, and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and maximize incentive earnings.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally to improve conversion rates.
- Collect and verify customer information and ensure accurate application processing.
