• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month
• Process: International Voice – Outbound Sales
• Working Days: 5.5 days per week

• 2. Customer Support Executive – Voice/OTAExperience: Fresher – 1 year
• Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Process: Inbound / Select Outbound Voice
• Working Days: 6 days per week

• 3. Holiday Sales Executive – OTAExperience: 6 months – 3 years
• Salary: ₹23,500 – ₹28,000 per month
• Process: Voice / Sales

• 4. Travel Campaign ExecutiveExperience: 6 months – 1 year (as per documents)
• GDS Knowledge: Mandatory — candidates must have good knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, enquiries, and sales opportunities.
• Convert leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Assist customers with flight, hotel, and holiday bookings.
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and ticketing, where applicable.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams, airlines, hotels, and suppliers.
• Resolve customer queries and provide timely solutions.
• Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and TAT/SLA requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Relevant experience in sales, BPO, customer support, OTA, or travel.
• Strong customer-handling, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work from the office and rotational shifts, where applicable.
• Strong GDS knowledge is mandatory for Travel Campaign roles.
