Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive – NBFC
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to loans, EMIs, repayments, and account-related issues through calls and emails.
- Communicate with customers professionally in fluent English.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of their concerns.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident, polite, and professional personality.
- Basic computer and email-handling skills.
- Experience in NBFC, banking, fintech, or BPO voice processes will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate: A confident communicator with excellent English fluency and strong customer service skills.
