Job Description
Hiring: Food Dispatcher @ The Salad House | Sector 49, Gurgaon
Salary: ₹16,000/month (No deductions)
Duty Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Lunch: Included
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order dispatch for dine-in, takeaway, self-pickup and online deliveries.
- Take care of the packaging counter and ensure orders are packed accurately.
- Check all items, dips, dressings and accompaniments before dispatch.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and delivery partners for timely order handover.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dispatch area.
- Handle basic order-related customer queries.
Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Prior experience in a restaurant, QSR or cloud kitchen preferred.
