Early Years Teacher – Elara | Greater Noida

About the Role

Elara is a premium early-years enrichment centre creating joyful, engaging and meaningful learning experiences for young children.

We are looking for a warm, energetic, playful and child-loving female teacher to join us as an Early Years Teacher on a long-term basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fun, interactive and engaging classes for young children.
• Create a safe, positive and nurturing learning environment.
• Engage children through play, stories, music, movement, sensory activities and hands-on learning.
• Follow the Elara curriculum after completing our training programme.
• Understand children's interests and adapt activities accordingly.
• Communicate confidently and warmly with parents.
• Share observations and updates regarding children's participation and progress.
• Participate in brainstorming and developing new activities, games and learning experiences.
• Take ownership and contribute creative ideas to improve the programme.

Who We’re Looking For

• Prior experience working with young children, preferably in preschool, daycare, early-years education or activity centres.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys being around children.
• High-energy, enthusiastic, expressive and playful personality.
• Warm, friendly and approachable nature.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative and comfortable developing new activities and ideas.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Looking for a long-term association with Elara.

Working Hours

shifts:

• 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM OR
• 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Shift will depend on programme and centre requirements.
