Field Executive

NinjaHelp is building a trusted platform that connects families with verified Nannies, Cooks, Home Help, Elder Care attendants and Drivers. We are looking for an energetic Field Recruitment Executive to help build the worker community for our Saathi platform in Gurgaon.

Your work will include:

• Finding potential workers through local communities, markets, residential areas, referrals and other field channels

• Calling and meeting interested candidates; explaining the Saathi opportunity and helping them complete registration

• Collecting basic documents, work preferences, availability and references for worker verification

• Following up with candidates on WhatsApp and phone to ensure they complete onboarding

• Building relationships with local community connectors, such as shopkeepers, security guards, placement networks and existing workers

• Maintaining simple daily records of leads, registrations and verified workers on Google Sheets/WhatsApp

• Working closely with the founder and operations team to activate workers for relevant jobs

You should be comfortable travelling across Gurgaon, speaking to people in Hindi, using WhatsApp and making calls. Prior experience in field sales, recruitment, telecalling, staffing, insurance, delivery or community mobilisation will be useful, but enthusiastic freshers can also apply.

This is a full-time field role. Fixed salary, performance incentives, local travel reimbursement and an opportunity to grow with an early-stage startup will be provided.
