Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
• Meet potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain products/services and convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers for conversions and renewals.
• Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
