Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Market Mapping - Identify and visit potential retailers, grocery stores, restaurants, and commercial hubs within the assigned territory.
* Product Demonstrations - Conduct live and engaging demos of Billkro Chillkro POS software on mobiles, tablets, and billing machines.
* Merchant Acquisition - Generate leads, explain product benefits, negotiate, and convert prospects into active merchants.
* Onboarding & Setup - Assist merchants with software setup, product inventory uploads, billing configuration, and basic training.
* Relationship Management - Maintain strong relationships with store owners and provide basic on-site assistance when required.
* Basic Troubleshooting - Help merchants resolve basic software or operational issues and coordinate with the support team when necessary.
* Target Achievement - Consistently achieve weekly and monthly merchant acquisition and active onboarding targets.
