Job Description

* Manage daily fleet operations and ensure vehicle availability as per requirements.

* Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal operations teams.

* Track vehicle movement, availability, utilization, and operational status.

* Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing, repairs, and documentation.

* Ensure timely allocation and deployment of vehicles.

* Maintain accurate fleet-related records and reports.

* Coordinate for vehicle breakdowns, replacements, and emergency requirements.

* Monitor compliance related to vehicle documents, permits, insurance, and fitness.

* Handle driver/vendor queries and resolve operational issues.

* Prepare daily/weekly fleet performance and utilization reports.

* Ensure vehicles are maintained as per company standards
