Job Description
Role & Responsibilities of HR Lead / HR Officer / HR Sr. Executive
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection.
2. Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
3. Monitor attendance, leaves, and payroll.
4. Manage employee relations and grievances.
5. Monitor employee performance and appraisals.
6. Implement HR policies and company rules.
7. Handle employee warnings and disciplinary actions.
8. Manage PIP and performance improvement activities.
9. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
10. Handle resignations, exits, and full & final settlements.
11. Prepare and maintain HR reports and records.
12. Supervise and guide the HR team.
13. Coordinate with management and department heads.
14. Manage employee engagement and retention.
