Job Description
Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Handle bulk hiring requirements within defined timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate walk-in interviews and interview drives.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
Manage salary negotiations with shortlisted candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
