We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to handle customer interactions, generate leads, and drive sales through B2B and B2C channels.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Handle B2B and B2C sales activities.
Explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic sales-related concerns.
Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
Education: Graduate
English: Intermediate English
Experience: Minimum 2 years
